The secure handling of your key.
In principle, you may send your key specially packaged and insured by regular mail to our business address. As we know how sensitive the handling of a key is, we offer a specialized high-value cargo transport within Germany, Europe as well as to all world-wide destinations with which we send our luxury key to your desired address after the final fitting. In this context, all customs formalities and, if required, import taxes will be settled.
The delivery takes place personally against a verified signature. Of course you can also use this way to send your original key to us if you do not want to do this by regular mail. It goes without saying that only authorised staff will have access to your key during the refitting process in our manufactory. The key is properly deposited in a secured safe.
